Welcome to my website, I am glad you have interest in my research! I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the Department of Geography. My research spans fluvial geomorphology, riparian ecology, and soil biogeochemistry.
I am most interested in human regulated systems and ways in which communities act as environmental stewards of water resources. Questions regarding river and ecosystem form and function are central to my research. More recently, I am collaborating on a project with the Warren Porter lab at the University of Wisconsin to study the influence of coastal geomorphology, invasive species, and climate change on leatherback sea turtle nesting.
